Kaydon's Reali-Slim® open thin section bearings offer a wide variety of bearing solutions for even the most unique design challenges. Each Reali-Slim® series is based on a single cross section which remains constant as the bore diameter is increased, allowing product designers to standardize on common components.

Availability
Kaydon Reali-Slim® open thin section ball bearings range in bore diameters from 0.750 inch to 40.000 inches, with cross-sections ranging from .187 x .187 inch to 1.000 x 1.000 inch. Open bearings are available from stock in three configurations: angular contact bearings (type A), Conrad assembled deep groove radial ball bearings (type C), and four-point contact radial bearings (type X).

Options
Reali-Slim® bearings can be optimized for your special requirements. Standard commercial options include changes in diametral clearance, preloading, lubricants, packaging, etching of high points, tagging bearings with actual dimensions as requested, separators, duplexing, data sheets, acceptance testing, and more.

Standard Reali-Slim® bearings are manufactured to Kaydon Precision Class 1 and other exacting specifications.
